Bakker Repair + Services rewinded the shaft generator of a cargo ship in our Winding Shop in Sliedrecht, the Netherlands and reconnected and commissioned the generator on board the cargo ship in Australia.
The winding shop of Bakker Repair + Services in Sliedrecht, the Netherlands, renewed the lamination and rewinded the stator and compound regulator of the 875 kVA shaft generator in a very short time. After completing the certified test, that was arranged by Bakker Repair + Services, the shaft generator was transported to our customer in Australia.
Our Service Engineer successfully commissioned the shaft generator after connecting the generator and the compound regulator on board of the cargo ship in Australia. The cargo ship already sails between Australia and Asia to full satisfaction of the customer.
