Testing During and After Service

All overhauled or rewound electric motors, generators and transformers are tested by Bakker Repair + Services against predefined criteria. We perform these tests both during the process and as a final check to ensure the quality of our work. Standalone testing, without prior repair or overhaul, is also possible.

Three Test Setups

Our test area is equipped with three setups for mechanical and electrical testing. We measure, among other things:

• Temperature

• Insulation resistance

• Bearing clearance

Do you have specific requirements or applications? We are happy to develop a custom test protocol in consultation with you.

Attend the Testing Process

Clients are welcome to follow the testing live from our control room. This space offers a full view of the test setups and is equipped with comfortable workstations and wireless internet, allowing you to continue working undisturbed.

Certified Testing

If required, tests can be conducted under the supervision of renowned classification societies. We handle the full certification process for you.

Clear Reporting

After testing, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing all measured values and observations.
